This is a perfect flow to add to your daily practice to get your split 🙂
You can also use this as a practice by itself, by adding 2/3 Sun Salutations A and 2/3 Sun Salutations B at the beginning and Savasana in the end.

Wrists are very delicate and it's really important to warm them top if we are going to put a lot of weight on them. Use this warm up before practising handstand for example, or any class in which you know you are going yo use them a lot.

This flow is perfect for you if you are working on upavistha konasana. My suggestion is to do it at least three times a week if you want to see results.

POSSIBLE COMBINATIONS :
– You can combine this flow with Strong Vinyasa Flow ( https://youtu.be/8v5DM30gh3Q ) if you feel like you want to warm up a lot before and if you want to have a really complete practice.
– Another possible combination is the Split flow 2 ( https://youtu.be/ExIcDdE9tdg ) that I would do before this one to get a even deeper stretch and feel really long at the end of the practice.
